Shipping Policy

The Monbeau Standard
Monbeau crafts in limited monthly batches from our Africa Headquarters in Cape Town, with fulfilment from our Johannesburg atelier. We do not mass-produce, and we do not compromise. This store serves South Africa and the SADC region.

Orders placed later in the month may be fulfilled from the next production batch. You will receive a Batch Confirmation email with your expected dispatch date.
Delivery & Fees
Delivery is free on all South African orders over R750. For orders under R750, the delivery fee is shown at checkout and recorded on your order confirmation and invoice.

Delivery is to valid addresses on business days between 08h00 and 16h00. Identification may be requested on delivery. During sales or special events (e.g. Black Friday), delivery may take longer. We do not guarantee a specific delivery date or time.
Two delivery attempts will be made. If delivery fails after two attempts, you may be liable for additional delivery charges, or we may cancel and refund the order less delivery costs already incurred and a reasonable administration charge.
Tracking
Within 48 hours of dispatch you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your order. Signature is required on delivery.
Incorrect Address & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered, or for delays caused by an incorrectly submitted address. We will work to recover misdirected parcels, though address errors can add up to three weeks.
Batch Verification & Authenticity
Every Monbeau product carries a unique batch number. Batch verification and your Certificate of Authenticity are accessed through the MBM Studios member portal; membership is required to verify. This protects you. This protects the craft.

For orders outside South Africa and the SADC region, please shop at https://monbeau.us. All memberships are processed through our International portal.
