This website is operated by MBA South Africa (Pty) Ltd, trading as Maison Monbeau (“we”, “us”, “our”), registration number 2026/086519/07. By accessing this site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced here. The store is hosted on Shopify Inc.

1. Eligibility & Use

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are at least 18 years old. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose, violate any laws in your jurisdiction, or transmit malicious code. Breach results in termination of your right to use the Service.

2. General Conditions

We may refuse service to anyone at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, resell or exploit any part of the Service without our written permission. Card information is always encrypted in transit.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

Products are crafted in limited quantities and subject to availability. Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR), inclusive of VAT where applicable, and may change without notice. We make every effort to display products accurately but cannot guarantee your screen's colour rendering. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.

4. Online Payments

Payments are processed securely through Payfast by Network, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant provider. We accept the methods shown at checkout, including Visa and Mastercard. Card transactions are subject to 3D Secure authentication. We do not store full card details. An order is confirmed only once payment is authorised and we issue confirmation. Declined, reversed or charged-back payments may result in suspension or cancellation of the order.

5. Billing & Account Accuracy

We may refuse or limit any order, including orders that appear to be from dealers or resellers. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

6. Returns

Sales of fragrance and skincare are final; apparel is returnable within 14 days; defective goods are remedied per the CPA. Full detail is in our Returns & Refunds policy.

7. Third-Party Links & Tools

The Service may include third-party materials and tools provided “as is,” without warranty. We are not liable for third-party websites, products or services; review their policies before transacting.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MBA South Africa (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products, save for liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Indemnity & Severability

You agree to indemnify MBA South Africa (Pty) Ltd against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes here. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
