Returns & Refunds

At Maison Monbeau, every product is crafted in limited batches and individually verified before dispatch. Our returns approach protects both you and the integrity of the craft. Nothing in this policy limits your non-waivable rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (“CPA”).
Fragrance & Skincare — Final Sale
For health, hygiene and authenticity reasons, fragrance and skincare products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once dispatched. We encourage you to explore our Discovery Sets to find your match with confidence before committing to a full size.
Apparel — 14-Day Returns
Apparel may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unwashed, with tags intact and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
In addition to fragrance and skincare, the following are not eligible for return: gift cards; sale, promotional or discounted items; loyalty-redeemed goods; starter kits, box sets and gift sets; and customised or special-order items.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us by email within 7 days of delivery with photographs so we can evaluate and make it right. In line with the CPA, for defective goods you may choose a replacement or a refund.
How to Start a Return
All returns and queries are handled by email to support@monbeau.co.za, which gives both parties a written record. Include your order number and, for defects, photographs. Do not send items back before requesting a return — unauthorised returns will not be accepted. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through the Payfast by Network gateway within 14 working days of approval. The time for funds to reflect depends on your bank or card issuer. No cash refunds are made in person.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. The fastest route to a different item is to complete an eligible return and place a new order separately.
International
This store serves South Africa and the SADC region. For international orders outside these areas, please shop at https://monbeau.us. All memberships are processed through our International portal.
